I ended up returning my order and had to wait quite a while for the refund to come through. Support did reply, so that was good, but the whole process was slow and a bit annoying lol.

I had been waiting for a bracelet to come back in stock and ended up emailing them about it. They replied quickly and gave me a rough idea of when to check again, which I really appreciated. It took a bit longer than I was hoping, and I was kind of impatient about it, but the communication felt clear enough. Overall, I was happy with the experience and it left me feeling good about ordering from them

I do like the products overall, and I have a good feeling about them, but the customer service side left me feeling a bit off. I reached out with a question and it took a few days to hear back, which felt longer than it should have. They were polite when they finally replied, so it wasn’t a bad experience exactly. I just really wish things had moved a little faster.

The packaging were really cute and everything felt neat when I opened it. I liked the look of it overall, but it was just a bit much for what it was.

I do like the clean style overall, and it’s easy on the eyes. They just have that kind of style that immediately catches my eye, and my first instinct is always, “Okay, I want that.” But pretty much every time I find a color or size I’m into, it’s either already out of stock or gone before I can grab it. I even signed up for restock emails and still somehow missed out, which got frustrating after a while. The shipping info seemed clear enough, so that wasn’t really the issue. I just wish there was more available to actually buy, because it’s hard to enjoy browsing when half the things I want can’t make it into my cart.
